Thanks for this treat! Old Portland was really a gorgeous and lux place. My aunt took me to see a Disney movie at the old Fox palace – and it did feel like that!

Notice the “New Heathman Hotel” upper left of 2nd photo. These are great, David. I love the way the building fade into the sky on the 1st one.
Everything was new once upon a time!

I enjoy these pictures greatly. I can hear the magic and imagine the rhythm.
Thanks! I suspect these were from a photography class Grandpa took. I just experimented with Elements to see what I could do with them 56 years later!
Experiments are essential: Frankenstein, Sticky Notes, etc. These are fantastic though, and it is very hard to capture light that well. You rock 😉
